Welcome to our condo in Oceanside, CA
Oceanside is in Northern San Diego County about 30 miles North of San Diego airport and 90 miles South of Los Angeles airport. The condominium complex is on the beach between the Oceanside pier and the marina. Amtrak, the Metrolink and the Coaster provide daily service to and from the Oceanside train station.
1 Bedroom Condominium
The 1 bedroom unit is a ground level unit, which gives easy access to the beach. It is on the street level which allows for easy loading and unloading. There is a large patio with its own barbeque. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, and a TV. The couch folds out in the living room and there are 2 rollup foam sleeping pads as well.
The living room has a gas fireplace, a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a computer with internet access and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, food processor, toaster oven, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cups etc. There are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards and surfboards for you to use during your stay.
The Beach and Amenities
The beach is perfect for kids! They can safely wade, boogie board, and build sand castles and the waves in front of the complex are great for surfing. Sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards are available in each unit.
The complex amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, 2 jacuzzi’s, gas barbeques, game room, laundry room, private underground reserved parking, and lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls.
